AlTi5B1 is a regular model of Aluminum Titanium Boron, which is a common aluminum master alloy. Al master alloys are mainly used in aluminum processing and manufacturing processes. Its function is to form a large number of heterogeneous cores in the aluminum liquid before pouring, increase the nucleation ratio during the solidification process of the aluminum alloy, and refine the crystalline particles of the aluminum alloy.

AlTi5B1 Product Usage
Firstly, it can improve the strength and toughness of aluminum alloy;
Secondly, eliminate columnar crystals and feathery crystal structures;
Thirdly, reduce internal shrinkage cavities, shrinkage porosity, pores, thermal cracking and segregation tendencies, and improve the intrinsic quality of aluminum products;
Fourthly, improve the ductility of aluminum products, bring flexibility to plastic deformation in subsequent processing of casting, and reduce surface defects during processing;
Fifth, At the same time of the rolling process of aluminum profiles, the rolling rate and productivity can be increased, so as to ensure product quality, and the service life of the rolling mold and auxiliary equipment can be improved;
In addition, improve the surface treatment process performance of aluminum products and improve the surface quality.
Instructions
Adding temperature: 680-720℃
The amount of this product added: determined by actual calculation and experiment.
Adding method: Add in the furnace or in stream.
Shape and specifications
Coil shape: diameter 9.5-10mm, 180-220kg/coil, 3-5 coils/pallet.
Rod shape: diameter 9.5-10mm, length 500-1000mm, 1 ton/pallet or wooden box
Round ingot: 25 kg/box, 1 ton/pallet
Stick shape: choose packaging according to length
